How to Order glass

Step 1

Know what you need! What's the application of the glass?

This includes: What the glass is for, rough sizes (if possible - width, height, and thickness of the piece or pieces of glass you'll be ordering), and the type of glass (tempered, annealed, patterned?). For more info, see "Glass Types."

Step 2

Take a few pictures of what we'll be replacing, or where the glass will be installed. After all, pictures are worth a thousand words, and will help us understand your order.

Step 3

Give us a call, or email us, to inform us of all the information you collected from the previous steps, as well as your contact information. From there, we'll put together an estimate for you.

Step 4

Look over the estimate and make sure it matches what you want. If it does, we can move on - if not, please communicate the error to us, and we'll correct it ASAP!

Step 5

Once you accept the estimate, if necessary, we'll schedule a site visit wherein we'll take exact measurements.

Step 6

We will issue you an invoice. Once paid, the order for your glass will be placed and we'll schedule a time for installation, or let you know when to pick your order up.
